Marcus Nilsson With over 15 years of full-time experience in elite football, I bring a understanding of the game from both academy and senior team perspectives. I have held key roles such as coach, academy director, sporting director, and scout, I have developed and coached young talents who have gone on to play professionally in several European countries. I have identified and signed players in lower league teams who have gone on to be transferred to Serie A in Italy and to multiple clubs in Sweden’s top division, Allsvenskan. working closely with player development, team strategy, and talent identification. My broad expertise across multiple levels of the professional game allows me to offer tailored consulting services to clubs looking to strengthen their scouting operations and long-term sporting strategy.
